Our journey began as a small, husband and wife company in the dining room of our own home, juggling two excited babies and a fire that burned for our families success.

Nikki Zellmer - Owner
is the owner and founder of Zellmer Marketing, bringing over 15 years of experience in both digital and physical marketing. She specializes in helping businesses in Michiana grow through creative, results-driven marketing strategies that reflect their unique brand and goals.
A devoted wife, mother, and American patriot, Nikki’s life revolves around faith, family, and community service. She is an active member of her Baptist church and is deeply committed to making a positive impact in her hometown. Nikki’s long-term vision includes serving as Mayor of Mishawaka, then pursuing a role in the U.S. Senate, with the ultimate goal of one day becoming President of the United States.
Outside of work, Nikki treasures spending quality time with her family and cooking meals that bring everyone together. Her passion for helping others, combined with her dedication to her community and country, drives everything she does.
Ryan Zellmer - Marketing Director
is the co-owner and Marketing Director of Zellmer Marketing, bringing expertise, creativity, and a sense of humor to every project the company undertakes. He helps businesses in Michiana grow through strategic marketing campaigns and innovative solutions that deliver real results.
A devoted husband and father, Ryan’s family is at the heart of everything he does. He is an active member of his Baptist church and deeply values faith, family, and community. Known as a big jokester, Ryan loves to bring laughter and fun to both work and home life.
When he’s not leading marketing efforts, Ryan enjoys Notre Dame football, Lakers and Pacers basketball, Marvel movies, Pokemon, and playing Madden on Xbox. Many of his family members refer to Ryan as the nerd of the family. His combination of dedication, humor, and passion makes him a favorite among colleagues, clients, and family alike.
Mark Reese - Director of Sales
is a proud U.S. Army veteran, devoted husband, and father of four.
A true family man at heart, Mark finds his greatest joy in exploring the world with his loved ones—whether it’s family vacations, outdoor adventures, or time spent on his motorcycle.
With a strong background in sales and leadership, Mark now serves as Sales Director at Zellmer Marketing, where his dedication, discipline, and people-first mindset help businesses grow through innovative marketing solutions. He’s also the owner of Sky High Imagery, a professional drone company that captures stunning aerial photos and videos for clients across the Michiana area.
Grounded in faith, family, and a deep love for his country, Mark brings integrity, passion, and purpose to everything he does.
Illah Weaver - Operations Director
is the Operations Director at Zellmer Marketing, ensuring that the company runs smoothly and efficiently while supporting the team and clients alike. Her expertise and organizational skills help projects stay on track and deliver exceptional results.
A devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, Illah treasures her family above all else. She enjoys spending time at her private lake, relaxing with loved ones, and playing Euchre with her children. Her dedication, warmth, and leadership make her a cornerstone of both her family and the Zellmer Marketing team.
Olivia-Lola Zellmer - CSO (Chief Snack Officer)
- also known as just "Lola", proudly serves as Chief Snack Officer at Zellmer Marketing, a role she takes very seriously—especially when it comes to popsicles, cheese, and hamburgers. Known for her big heart and boundless energy, Lola brings joy, laughter, and a little mischief wherever she goes.
Lola loves spending time in her church nursery, watching her favorite shows like Bluey and Elmo, and singing, dancing, or playing with her Barbies and baby dolls. She is happiest when she’s outside, bouncing on her trampoline, and going on walks with her family. She also has a flair for fashion, always making sure her nails are painted, bows are perfectly placed in her hair, and her outfits are ready for fun adventures.
A loving sister to her little brother, Pippen-Reid (“Pippy”), Lola adores all little babies and enjoys caring for them as much as she enjoys being doted on herself. Above all, she loves hugging and cuddling her daddy, spreading smiles, and reminding everyone around her how important fun, family, and snacks really are.
Pippen-Reid Zellmer - VP of TM (Tantrum Management)
- also known as "Pip”, proudly serves as VP of Tantrum Management at Zellmer Marketing—a position he takes very seriously, even if he’s still perfecting the art of keeping his own tantrums under control. Known for his energy, curiosity, and big personality, Pip keeps everyone on their toes and brings plenty of laughter (and a few dramatic moments) to the team.
Pip loves spending time with his 2-year-old sister, Lola, giving hugs, learning new things, and watching Elmo. He is always dancing, climbing, and exploring, and he has a passion for balls, dinosaurs, and anything he can bite (which is a lot). Pip dreams big: one day he hopes to play as quarterback for Notre Dame football or basketball for the University of Kentucky, with ultimate goals of reaching the NFL or NBA.
Whether he’s playing, laughing, or keeping the team on its toes with his tantrums, Pip brings boundless energy, love, and a sense of adventure to Zellmer Marketing. He may be small, but his personality is huge, and he’s already a favorite among colleagues, family, and clients alike.
